This workshop, Warm Up to Flow, is all about getting into the flow state and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
Research, and athletes, have proven that we can use our warm up to find our flow state and get in the zone, but how do you tailor your warm up to address your specific needs, tendencies, and makeup?
Using anatomy, breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga-informed movement we'll explore tools that can guide us to be in the pocket when we're performing. Through self-inquiry and exploration self-inquiry and build custom warm-ups to help us move into a flow state more easily.
